Transcure

Transcure had an issue where SEO, content operations, reporting, lead attribution, and sales insights lived in separate systems. My role evolved far beyond traditional SEO into building the infrastructure that connected acquisition, content production, reporting, and revenue generation into a unified growth engine.

What was built
  • Rebuilt site architecture around specialty + state service clusters to match how healthcare buyers actually search for medical billing and credentialing services.
  • Created topical maps, content clusters, and editorial frameworks across medical billing, credentialing, compliance, EHR software, and specialty-specific healthcare services.
  • Built 150+ city and state-based listicles and 60+ programmatic service pages to capture commercial search demand across the United States.
  • Led technical SEO initiatives covering indexing, crawlability, site speed, internal linking, schema implementation, content consolidation, and search performance monitoring.
  • Designed and managed a custom content operations system to track content planning, production, publishing, optimization, and performance.
  • Built AI-assisted SEO workflows using Claude, Gemini, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4 to automate keyword research, opportunity discovery, content planning, and reporting.
  • Created custom MCP integrations, dashboards, and automation systems that connected Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and internal reporting workflows into a centralized SEO intelligence layer.
  • Developed Python-based data validation systems and reporting dashboards to support SEO analysis, LinkedIn outreach campaigns, email prospecting, and lead quality monitoring.
  • Automated monthly SEO reporting, performance tracking, content production monitoring, topical map management, and executive-level reporting processes.
  • Worked closely with the sales team to identify lead quality issues, analyze funnel bottlenecks, and align content strategy with revenue outcomes.
  • Participated in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring SEO specialists and content writers as the growth department expanded.
